Om oss

På 1400 talet kallades Glömsta (I Huddinge) för Glomastom, då det är i närheten av glömsta vi håller till, så var det ett bra namn för vårt bryggprojekt!
Inledningsvis har vi kallat vår brygd för Inceptio, från Latin inception-, stem of inceptio, from inceptus, past participle of incipere (to begin). Även enkelt översatt till the creation or beginning of something. 1201 står för bryggdatum, dvs 2012 Januari.

Vi som ligger bakom detta bryggförsök heter Magnus och Patrik, vi bor båda i Huddinge och har ett utbrett dryckes och mat-intresse.
